Our exchange provider experienced a warning of a potential security incident and all withdrawals were disabled as a precaution. After a thorough investigation, it was clear that there was no impact to us or our operation.
Withdrawals should be enabled shortly, but there will be a short delay before you receive your funds when initiating a new withdrawal. The delay will be removed at a later date. Withdrawals started during the downtime should be initiated again as a new withdrawal.
Deposits will be enabled at the same time, and any previously sent deposits should appear in your account when the hot wallets are fully synced. If you don't see your balance after approximately 24 hours, please contact support so we can help you resolve the issue.

Deposits and withdrawals are now enabled, and all previously issued withdrawals should be processed within the next few hours. This is a slight change from the previous estimate that withdrawals would need to be re-submitted. Thanks again for your patience!

The withdrawal delay has been reduced from 1 hour to 15 minutes. We hope to completely remove this delay soon.
