We have moved to Discord to provide better and more organized communication and we're preparing to send out the info required for voting to start on August 10th for the path forward.
We've recently moved to Discord for our DCORP communications and are planning to do the same for Bullex in the future. This is something that has been considered off and on for a while now, and we have recently decided to take the leap. The reasons for this move are multi-faceted, but two major driving forces are the flexibility that Discord provides in the organization of discussions and the ability to provide an area for discussions to occur with verified investors. Our intention is not to thwart open and honest communication, but we were dealing with personal attacks on the team members by anonymous accounts. This was not a conducive environment for a fruitful discussion, so we determined a change was necessary.
You may join the Discord here. To gain access to all of the channels, you will need to email email@example.com from the same email used for your dcorp.it account. Please make the subject "Discord access request: YOURUSERNAME." We will eventually have a public announcement channel and a public chat channel for anyone to join and learn about DCORP. We will continue to adjust the experience on an as needed basis so our communication is organized and discussions are productive.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The current issue with deposits and withdrawals we're experiencing has come about as a direct result of the hack previously mentioned. Here is a list of links reporting on this same issue:
Please remember that the extra work that we have done on Bullex helped to prevent a loss of funds from any of our accounts. The migration to BitGo is another step we're taking to improve security. It has certainly taken longer than expected, and your patience is appreciated. We're confident it is a necessary step for a safe exchange.
In the next 24 hours we will be sending out a document providing more details for the upcoming vote. The upcoming vote planned to start on August 10th has been previously discussed as a "confidence vote," but a more fitting name is a "vote for a partial refund." If this vote passes, DCORP and Bullex would dissolve then remaining assets would be used to close out final obligations of the companies and provide token holders with a partial refund of ETH. If the vote does not pass, we would move forward with a revised proposal to release funds for Bullex development, launch, and marketing. More details will be provided in the document, and the team will be available for questions and answers in our Discord when it is sent out.
Marketing and Development Update
We are continuing to develop and progress with the marketing plans to provide a seamless transition if a vote to release funds to Bullex passes. A preview of the Bullex Store and exchange design tweaks have been posted recently in the Discord.
We're also continuing to work on development of the exchange. The main item being worked on (outside of getting deposits and withdrawals working again) is the referral system. This has been previously mentioned and is being implemented now with details of referral earnings still a work in progress.
